Drilling fluid lubricant addresses severe friction and wear under high drilling speed and high cutting temperature, which cause bit wear, reduced bit life, increased torque from drill string and wellbore contact, potential stuck pipe, and damage to both drill string and casing. The lubricant’s active components strongly adsorb onto contact surfaces, rapidly forming a tenacious film on metal and solid particles, ensuring high lubricity. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-irritating, contamination-resistant, compatible with other additives, and has no adverse effects on drilling fluid properties, making it suitable for environmentally sensitive areas. This high-performance lubricant is mainly used in exploration, deviated, and horizontal wells, and works in fresh water, seawater, and saturated brine systems. Composed of mineral oil, vegetable oil, surfactants, dispersants, penetrants, stabilizers, and extreme-pressure lubricating components, it reduces lifting and rotational resistance, lowers friction coefficient and torque, extends drill string life, and reduces stuck pipe incidents.

Application Method:
