Product Overview

This product is a new type of composite clay stabilizer. Its main component consists of organic cations with a special structure. Through electrostatic interaction, it adsorbs strongly and firmly onto the surface of clay minerals, covering and encapsulating them, thereby providing effective anti-swelling performance. In addition, due to the multi-point adsorption of the long chains of organic molecules, bridging, entanglement, and restraining effects occur, securely fixing the clay particles. Because this adsorption is irreversible, the product exhibits excellent long-term stability.
The high-performance composite clay stabilizer can effectively inhibit clay swelling and dispersion in formations of varying permeabilities, preventing formation damage. It is widely used in completion or oil production processes such as perforation, well testing, well killing, plug removal, sand control, injection enhancement, and conversion of production wells to injection wells.

  • Temperature resistance:20 – 150 °C
  • Solubility:Uniformly dispersible in fresh water or active water
  • Wettability:Core powder soaked in the product solution becomes water-wet
  • Optimal concentration:1 – 3%
