Product Overview

The high-efficiency flocculant for oilfield use achieves flocculation through physical and chemical changes such as electrochemistry, coagulation, adsorption, and precipitation that occur during the hydrolysis process. It is a conventional inorganic polymer flocculant featuring excellent bridging adsorption capacity and good coagulation enhancement, resulting in high adsorption and coagulation performance. This product has a wide pH adaptability range. Compared with other conventional inorganic flocculants, it offers faster coagulation speed, strong adaptability to various water qualities including river water and industrial wastewater, good solubility, low corrosivity, and no sediment formation, making it easy to handle.

Usage Method and Precautions:

Dilute the product with 10–30 times its volume of clean water to the desired concentration before use.
The dosage should be determined based on the turbidity of the raw water to find the optimal concentration. Generally, for raw water with turbidity of 100–500 mg/L, the recommended dosage is 10–20 kg per thousand tons of water.
