Product Overview

Select-3010 (8x Concentrate) is a high-efficiency antiscalant and dispersant, especially suitable for water with high concentrations of metal oxides, silica, and scale-forming substances. Its scale inhibition effectiveness is high and it does not react with residual coagulants or aluminum-rich and iron-rich silica compounds to form insoluble polymers. Using this product in the system can reduce equipment investment and operating costs for reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration(NF), or ultrafiltration (UF) systems, and can replace ion exchange pretreatment systems.

Application:

Accurately calculate the dosage based on factors such as RO membrane specifications,permeate flow rate, pretreatment process flow,and feed water quality. The product can be dosed neat or diluted (dilution should not exceed 10 times). The optimal injection point for the antiscalant is on the feed water pipeline or upstream of the high-pressure pump, ensuring thorough mixing with the feed water. The dosing system should primarily use corrosion-resistant materials; suitable materials include stainless steel 316L, PE, PVC, etc.

Handling Precautions:

Wear appropriate gloves and eye protection(goggles). In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water and consult an ophthalmologist. In the event of a spill, absorb with sand or other absorbent materials and clean up; afterwards, flush the area thoroughly with water.
