Corrosion Inhibitor and Scale Inhibitor(Specialty for Power Plant Condensers)

VerdeCycle™-CSI519
Product Overview
The polymers in VerdeCycle™-CSI519 prevent the growth of small carbonate crystals and cause lattice distortion, thereby preventing hard scale from forming on heat exchanger surfaces in recirculating cooling water. Additionally, the organic phosphates and other components in its formulation form a protective film on metal surfaces, which can combine with calcium ions in the recirculating cooling water to prevent metal corrosion. This product has a wide effective pH range, providing both scale inhibition and corrosion protection between pH 7.0 and 9.5, thus avoiding corrosion and scaling problems in heat exchangers and piping caused by pH excursions.

Applications:
This product is most suitable for recirculating cooling water in power plants. It provides good corrosion protection for copper, aluminum, and carbon steel. The dosage should be determined based on operating parameters such as cycles of concentration, heat load, and turbidity.
Usage Instructions:
When used in power plant water treatment, the typical dosage is 3–10 mg/L. For other recirculating cooling water systems, the typical dosage is 10–40 mg/L. (Exact dosage should be determined by simulation tests.)
