Product Overview

The polymers in VerdeCycle™-CSI657 prevent the growth of small carbonate crystals and cause lattice distortion, thereby preventing hard scale from forming on heat exchanger surfaces in recirculating cooling water. Additionally, the organic phosphates and other components in its formulation react with metals, forming a dense protective film on metal surfaces. This film combines with calcium and magnesium ions in the recirculating cooling water to provide corrosion protection.

Applications:

VerdeCycle™-CSI657 provides good corrosion protection for copper, aluminum, and carbon steel. It can be used in recirculating cooling water systems in petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, steel mills, and refineries.

Usage Instructions:

When used in steel mill water treatment, the typical dosage is 10–30 mg/L (exact dosage should be determined by simulation tests).
