Product Overview

VerdeCycle™-HES380 is a high-efficiency slime stripping agent primarily formulated from cationic surfactants, strong penetrating agents, and dispersants. As a cationic surfactant, it exhibits strong adsorption on bacterial surfaces, causing protein denaturation and thereby killing bacteria and algae. This product has good dispersibility and permeability, with strong penetrating ability, low toxicity, and fast action. It effectively decomposes and strips slime composed of biofilms, oily sludge, microbial secretions, and algae. Additionally, it softens and cleans old deposits on metal surfaces, provides corrosion inhibition, and improves heat exchanger efficiency.

Applications:

This product can be used as a biocide, algaecide, and stripping agent in industrial water systems such as chemical, fertilizer, refining, oilfield, metallurgical, and power plants. It is particularly suitable for use in slightly alkaline water. Furthermore, it provides certain corrosion inhibition effects on metal equipment and piping in industrial recirculating cooling water systems.

Usage Instructions:

When used as a slime stripping agent, the dosage is calculated based on the system water holding capacity. The typical dosage is 100–300 ppm, depending on the extent of microbial and algal growth on site. Add as a shock dose at the inlet of the sump pump, and operate the system in a closed loop for 24–36 hours. When the turbidity of the circulating water reaches its peak and begins to decline, blow down and replace with fresh water until the turbidity is below 10 mg/L. Do not mix this product with anionic surfactants or chlorophenol-based agents.

Safety and Protection:

This product may cause skin irritation. Personal protective equipment should be worn during handling. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact, immediately rinse thoroughly with water.
