VerdeCycle™-SD271 is a high-efficiency, concentrated silicone defoamer emulsified from polydimethylsiloxane with silicone polyether. It is designed for aqueous foaming systems. It provides effective and persistent defoaming performance, easy dispersion in aqueous foaming systems, high shear stability, excellent foam control capabilities, and versatility. It has good dilution stability and is resistant to emulsion breaking and oil separation.

Applications:

Textile industry, cutting oils, antifreeze fluids,petrochemical industry, emulsion processing, chemical industry, paper and pulp industry, wastewater treatment.

Usage Instructions:

The specific dosage of defoamer depends on the application, but it is recommended that the active content be no less than 10 ppm. Before adding VerdeCycle™-SD271 to the foaming solution, gently shake the container to ensure the defoamer emulsion is uniform. After the emulsion becomes uniform, it can be added directly to the foaming solution.
