Product Overview

The oil & gas gathering and transportation demulsifier is hydrophilic. Based on “like dissolves like” and synergism, it adsorbs water molecules, reduces oil-water interfacial tension, and accelerates destruction of the elastic film formed by resins and asphaltenes. This improves oil dewatering, disrupts emulsion equilibrium, and rapidly separates oil from water, demulsifying emulsified oil. The product also exhibits reverse demulsification: during phase inversion, it coalesces small oil droplets into larger ones, breaking the emulsion. Through crosslinking, it flocculates crude oil and suspended solids, encapsulates solid particles to settle, and adsorbs oil to float upward, reducing suspended solids content.

Main Components/Composition:

The main active ingredient is quaternary ammonium salt.

Uses and Application:

When preparing the solution on site, add the demulsifier and mix thoroughly. The recommended optimal concentration is 50 ppm.For product beyond its shelf life, evaluate its performance parameters prior to use. If the specifications are still met, the product may continue to be used. In case of accidental spillage onto the body during use, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water. No significant harm to the human body is anticipated under normal handling conditions.
