Kill Fluid Corrosion Scale Inhibitor

VerdePeChem-KFS398

Product Overview

The kill fluid corrosion and scale inhibitor is a high-performance inhibitor specifically developed for kill fluids with high inorganic salt content. It is a composite formulation consisting mainly of organic phosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acids, sulfonate-containing copolymers, azoles, and special surfactants. The inhibitor utilizes a protective film formed by high-efficiency chelating agents on metal surfaces to provide corrosion inhibition. At the same time, it exhibits excellent lattice distortion and chelating dispersion effects on scale-forming ions such as calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, and calcium sulfate in the kill fluid, making it difficult for scale to firmly adhere to equipment walls and pipelines. This effectively extends the service life of fluid mixing equipment, significantly reduces the probability of plugging in mixing pipes and pumps, and ensures normal and smooth production and operation of the fluid mixing station.
This product features high temperature resistance, high scale inhibition efficiency, and low susceptibility to decomposition. It contains no carcinogenic substances such as sodium nitrite, has an all-organic formulation, good biodegradability, and is an environmentally friendly green kill fluid corrosion and scale inhibitor.
