Product Overview

Bactericide is an important chemical agent in oilfield produced water treatment. Its primary function is to kill sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and aerobic bacteria (general heterotrophic bacteria), thereby addressing pipeline corrosion and formation plugging issues caused during produced water reinjection. The water injection special bactericide is a multi-functional amine-based composite bactericide developed by our company. It exhibits excellent killing effectiveness against sulfate-reducing bacteria and aerobic bacteria. This product has good water solubility, low toxicity, and good compatibility with other water treatment chemicals (such as scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, flocculants, etc.).

• Quaternary ammonium salt content, % (w/w):≥ 16

Usage Method and Precautions:

Calculate the required dosage based on 100% active content. At 20–50 ppm, the product can effectively inhibit and kill bacteria. For field application, the bactericide can be pumped directly into the produced water or reinjection water being treated.
In case of accidental direct contact with the human body, rinse thoroughly with clean water. No significant harm to the human body is anticipated.
