Product Overview

The water-based formation cleaner is a new-type cleaner for pre-treatment cleaning in oil and water well operations such as plug removal, sand control, and injection enhancement. For unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs, it can be used as a non-acid plug remover, alone or with acid fluids.
It features high oil removal efficiency and good clay swelling inhibition. It strips paraffin and deposits from tubing and casing walls, and removes resins and asphaltenes from formation pores. It restores formation wettability, reduces surface and interfacial tension, and enhances crude oil penetration, particle suspension, and emulsion prevention. Laboratory tests confirm good compatibility with surface dehydration and produced water treatment chemicals, avoiding the toxic side effects of aromatic solvent-based cleaners. It is a high-performance, environmentally friendly product.

Usage Method and Precautions:

This product can be used in operations such as plug removal and sand control in oil wells, and injection enhancement in water wells. For field application, mix it with water evenly and inject into the formation. The recommended optimal concentration is 5–10%. After injection, allow it to soak for 1 hour, then inject the post-treatment fluid.
This product can be used alone as a non-acid plug remover. After plug removal, flowback is not required, and the well can be put into production directly.
